Wednesday, September 1, 2010 The Russian Federation Authorized Representative in the Caucasus, Alexander Khloponin, said “it is a crime to forge the state examination’s results”, Interfax-Russia.ru informs. He said during his visit to Pyatigorsk:“I think that it is the most awful crime in relation to the children. We lie to our children. And we make them be antiheroes by ourselves when they are excluded from the HEIs.” A.Khloponin noted that the education improvement programmes was carried out in many places today.
He added: “Results of the state examinations are not so good in the Chechen Republic. Do you know what Ramzan Kadyrov did? He equipped all schools with video cameras and it is impossible to forge the results of the examinations. Maybe that’s why the Chechen results are not so excellent in comparison with other regions. For example, the results of the state examinations in Karachaevo-Circassia are the best in all Russia, however, it raises doubts.”
