A working meeting was held in the Chechen Muslim Clerics Department today. Participants of the meeting discussed a question on teaching Islam to children at the Chechen summer schools. The Chechen Republic Mufti, Sultan Mirzaev, his assistants - Ansar Khetiev, Khamzat Khirakhmatov and others took an active part in this meeting.
Sultan Mirzaev noted that the work on teaching Islam to children was actively carrying out in the mosques of Nozhay-Yurtovsky district. However, the Chechen Mufti expressed himself dissatisfied with the work that was carrying out in some Grozny mosques. “Each district head must control the whole process of teaching Islam in the local mosques. We must have tangible results before the end of these summer holidays,”- Sultan Mirzaev stated. The Chechen Republic Mufti raised a question about making of hajj. He added that the deadline for submitting documents had been extended over a period of this July month. Press service of MCD www.ChechnyaTODAY.com |
