 The special commission will henceforth control and settle all property questions in Grozny. A Mayor of Grozny, Muslim Khuchiev, has come to such decision today. He gave the commission some strict instructions on what to do:
“Work of the commission should be operative and effective. We should get the detailed information about all properties, their owners; all infringements must be found out,”- Khuchiev stated.
The commission will be headed by Salavdi Dzhamiev, an assistant Mayor of Grozny,.
