 The Chechen Republic president, Ramzan Kadyrov, receives a high rating again. He takes one of the leading places in a monthly popularity rating among the Russian regions’ heads. Those regional governors, who have been mostly discussed in the Federal and Regional mass media, were included in this rating.
NA “Regnum” and “Medialogy” Company are this monthly popularity rating’s organizers.R.Kadyrov jumped two places and took second place in this April rating. However, the Chechen president, Ramzan Kadyrov, continues taking first place in a popularity rating among the NCFD’s leading heads.
