Three years passed since a day of Ramzan Kadyrov’s appointment as the Chechen Republic president. These three years changed the republic and its international relations. The republic underwent positive changes thanks to its young president – Hero of the Russian Federation. It was unbelievable three years ago, but Ramzan Kadyrov formed his ‘strong’ team and began to improve the republic life, attracting everybody by his new ideas and projects. The Chechen Republic has power and its law enforcement bodies are performing their peacekeeping operation. The abolition of CTO was an absolute new step in the social and economic spheres of the Chechen Republic. Different investment projects undertaken by the local government will create over 23000 vacancies in the republic. All these fantastic changes became a continuation of the peaceful policy of the former Chechen president Akhmat-Hajji Kadyrov. Ramzan Kadyrov is his clever continuer; he is a national leader. Ramzan Kadyrov has been risen to the rank of major-general by the order from 11/10/2009 of the Russian Federation president Dmitry Medvedev.
