 The Chechen Republic Pension Fund is making arrangements for marking the 65th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945). Zareta Husainova, a chief of the Department for cooperation with mass media, informed that the Russian Pension Fund would allocate the additional money for veterans and invalids of the GPW in April this year.
“The total number of those veterans and invalids of the GPW who will receive the money is 1057 in the Chechen Republic,”- Zareta Husainova said.She explained that the total number of invalids, veterans of the Second World War, widows of veterans, former minor prisoners was 658.Each of them will receive 5000 roubles. The rest veterans of the Second World War who had been decorated with the orders and medals of the USSSR for their selfless labour during the GPW period will receive 1000 roubles each.
