The Chechen Republic president Ramzan Kadyrov has commented on interview which is becoming more widespread in the Internet. This interview was given by so-called Vakha Umarov who had ‘told a tale' about so-called finance for the terrorist Docku Umarov’s activity coming from Chechen government officials. Vakha Umarov is not uncomfortable about telling such a complete lie. ‘Western mass media found a new man who is ready to tell about the Chechen Republic situation. Basayev, Khattab, Maskhadov were also the victims of this false policy. They are died now. Vakha Umarov is a new victim which is still unknown for anybody,’- Kadyrov stated.  “The Russian Government decided to ‘develop the South of the country’. It is undesirable for terrorists and they began their propaganda. Terrorists decided to give birth to so-called Vakha Umarov; they want Vakha make investors go away from our region,” – the Chechen president said. “In his interview Vakha has said that there are three thousand terrorists on the Chechen territory. Where are they? We are searching for them around the clock. It is complete lie aimed at having an effect on foreigners because everybody in Russia knows that there are no terrorists in Chechnya. It is nonsense to say that Chechen government officials finance terrorists. Chechen officials have never given a rouble to terrorists. Chechen ministers have no reasons to finance terrorists who killed dozens and hundreds of their relatives and friends. Chechen government officials often have to become officers (employees) of the law enforcement bodies and take part in counteracting terrorists. Someone will pay Vakha Umarov for telling this lie.
