 He was born on the 5th of October 1976 in the village Tsentoroy now Kurchaloisky region (in former times the village Tsentoroy was a part of Shalinsky region of the ChIASSR). In 2004 he graduated with honours from the Makhachkalinsky Business and Law Institute on the “Jurisprudence” speciality and continues his studies at the State Service Academy by the President of the Russian Federation.
Since 1996 he is the helper and the head of guard of the Chechen Republic muftia A.Kadyrov.
From June 2000 till May 2002 he is the inspector in communication and special engineering of headquarters stuff of a separate militia company by the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation which function included safeguarding security of the highest officials and protection of the objects and buildings of the state power organs in the Chechen Republic.
Since 2002 he has been the head of the sports club “Ramzan”.
From May 2002 till February 2004 he was the platoon commander of a separate militia company by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic on the protection of the object and building of the state power organs in the Chechen Republic.
He has been the head of the president security service since 2003 with the election of Akhmat Kadyrov as a President of the Chechen Republic. Since 2004 he has been the assistant Minister of Internal Affairs of the Chechen R. from Gudermessky region.
Since the 10th of May 2004 he has been the first Vice Chairman of the Chechen R. Government. Since 2004 he has been the Chairman of the Regional Public Fund named after the Hero of Russia A.Kadyrov.The Public Fund is engaged in charitable activities. This help is given as a material supporting of patients, crippled in the financing of the construction (building) projects. Since the 19th of October 2004 he has been appointed a Plenipotentiary Advisor of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal Region.
He is monitoring the questions of interaction with the force structures of the region. Since the 16th of March 2005 he has been appointed the Head of the Republic Commission on the compensation payments to the citizens who lost their dwellings and property during military operations in the Chechen Republic by the Decree of the Government Chairman of the Russian Federation.
Since the first up to the fourth of August 2005 he has been the Acting President of the Chechen Republic.
Since the 18th of November up to the 4th of March 2006 he has been the Acting Chairman of the Chechen Republic Government.
Since January 2006 he has been the Chairman of the Government Commission on the suppression if the narcotic activity in the Chechen R.
On the 9th of February 2006 he was nominated for a position of a secretary of the regional department of the United Russia Party (Edinaya Russia) on the proposal of the Presidium and the General Party Council at the meeting of a political council of the Regional Department of the Edinaya Russia Party.
Since the 4th of March 2006 he has been the Chairman of the Chechen Republic Government.
Since the 15th of February up to the 2nd of March he has been appointed a temporary acting President of the Chechen R.because of the resignation of the Chechen Republic President Alkhanov by the Decree of the Russian Federation President for a period before holding a position of the person who is given the powers of the President of the Chechen Republic.
On the 2nd of March 2007 the Parliament of the Chechen Republic maintained Kadyrov Ramzan Akhmatovich proposed by V.V.Putin the President of the Russian Fed. as a candidate for the post of the President of the Chechen Republic.
He has been decorated with the orders: “Order for Courage “,”Order named after Akhmat Kadyrov”, the medals “Medal for Distinction in the Protection of social order”, “For Public Service (Merits) in Marking an All-Russian Census of the Population “, “For Participation in Counter-terrorist Operation on the Territory of the Chechen Republic”, “For Service in the Caucasus”, “Defender of the Chechen R.”.He has been honored with the title of the “Hero of the Russian Federation”, “Honorary Citizen of the Chechen R.”, “Honorary Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences”, “Honored Worker of Physical Culture”, and “The Man of the Year 2004 in the Chechen Republic”.
He is a candidate for the title of Master of Sports in Boxing.
He is married and has 6 children.
