 Ramzan Kadyrov has promised to make the Chechen Republic one of the most prosperous regions of our country. Commenting on the Russian Federation President Dmitry Medvedev’s decision about nominating him as a candidate for the post of the Chechen head, Ramzan Kadyrov assured that he would not betray Medvedev’s trust. " I am considering the decision of the President Dmitry Medvedev as an advance and complete trust put in me. I’ll try my best to make the Chechen Republic one of the most prosperous and economically developed regions of the country in the near future,” - R.Kadyrov said to journalists.

 The Chechen Republic Youth Affairs Committee together with the Chechen Republic Religious Management, the State Islamic University and the Chechen State Tele-Radio Company “Grozny” have made a new TV programme: «Alimun» - the annual tele-humanitarian Olympiad. As the Chechen Republic Youth Affairs Committee reports, the Olympiad is held on the basis of religious college’s (madrasa) educational programme in three categories: History of Islam, History of the Prophet Mohammed (a.s.s.) and Arabian Grammar. Students of the Chechen Republic Madrasa can take part in the Olympiad.

 The head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov has held a working meeting with the first vice-chairman of the Chechen Government Magomed Daudov. Reconstruction of Argun city has been discussed at the meeting. M.Daudov reported the head on the reconstruction’s details and said that “things have taken a turn for the better”.
