 UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund) launches a new round of «Start your own business» programme that aimed at stimulating youth business in the North Caucasus by allocating grants to young girls and boys whishing to start their own business. Besides it, noncommercial organizations (the NCO) dealing with youth problems will also be allocated grants to start own business.

 Arbi Sigauri, the so-called “emir” (leader) of an effective gang located in Sleptsovsk, Ingushetia, has been killed in the Chechen Republic, the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov informed journalists in Grozny today. Ramzan Kadyrov personally controlled this military operation. " A big military operation has been just carried out in Baronovka, Leninsky district of Grozny. Armed officers have blocked the house where a rebel was located. He has been called on to drop his weapon and come out, however, he began shooting the officers on sight,”- R.Kadyrov noted

 The Patriotic club " Ramzan" together with the Chechen State Philharmonic named for A.Shakhbulatov and the Chechen State Pedagogic Institute (the ChSPI) organized an official event dedicated to Dzhigit’s Day in the ChSPI’s hall. Students of the Chechen HEIs took an active part in the given event. A number of the Chechen artists performed on stage. They were: came Tamila Sagaipova, Mairbek Khaidarov, Rizavdi Ismailov, Valid Gadaev and others.
