 The Peaceful Memorandum on Countering Violence, Extremism and Interethnic Discord in Russia was approved as the result of peace talks organized and held by the RFPCh in Grozny. These talks were on the interethnic discord between nations. The document has a serious protest against “all provokers trying to sow seeds of discord between the nations of the Russia Federation, play with the national and religious feelings, push the people to scare and mistrust each other.

 The Chechen Republic Ministry of Transport took an active part in the building of apartment houses in Grozny. 20 municipal apartment houses have been built by the Ministry in Grozny this year, the head of the Building Materials Management of the Chechen Republic Transport Ministry Said-Ali Abdulkhalimov informed today. “We have rebuilt two-, three- and five-storey houses in Octyabrsky, Leninsky and Staropromyslovsky districts of Grozny that had been destroyed during the wars. More than one hundred families will return to the repaired and rebuilt apartment houses of Grozny in the New Year's holidays,”- Abdulkhalimov said.

 Budget receipts of the Chechen Republic have essentially exceeded their former parameters of 2009. Tax payments came to a large amount – over 5 billion roubles, the head of the Russian Federal Tax Service in Chechnya (RFSCh) Islam Vasarkhanov said following a meeting with Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of the Chechen Republic, and Muslim Khuchiev, Mayor of Grozny.

 Naursky district will be the next built-up area of the Chechen Republic. 130 buildings will be erected there in 2011. They are: 8 health centres, a cinema, a mosque, a sports stadium, a church, 4 cultural houses etc. The Chechen Republic’s head Ramzan Kadyrov has been informed about it today at his working meeting with a deputy chairman of the Chechen Government – the Chechen Minister of Finance Ali Isaev and the head of Naursky district Vladimir Kashlyunov.
