 Ramzan Kadyrov gave a speech today in a Chechen Tragedy Day: “Dear compatriots, Today we mark Chechen Tragedy Day. Chechen history has a lot of tragic days and events. Our ancestors and contemporaries experienced great difficulties. Houses and cities were completely destroyed by fire. Our holy Muslims -Muslim teachers and alims were sent to prisons. We won’t be able to forget the awful deportation of our nation.

 Grozny’s new sports stadium named for Akhmat-Hajji Kadyrov is ready to be opened, Odes Baisultanov, chairman of the Chechen Government, reported Ramzan Kadyrov during his inspection of the stadium. Ramzan Kadyrov was pleased with the work done by builders. He said: “There was a wasteland on this stadium’s territory several years ago. Few people believed that a sports centre built in accordance with all modern safety regulations would appear in such a short period of time. Today the stadium is ready to be used. It is another victory of our nation om its way to development and prosperity.

 Delegation of Kabardino-Balkaria arrived in the Chechen Republic today for a friendly visit. Quests from Kabardino-Balkaria have been warmly welcomed by the Chechen Government’s Youth Affairs Committee. The delegation took part in the opening ceremony of “Friendship Alley of KBR and ChR” in Aidamirova Street of Grozny. After it, they took part in a meeting held in Palace of Youth. The topic for a discussion was “Ways to improve relations between KBR and ChR.

 The Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov properly appreciated results of the meeting held Wednesday by the Government’s Social and Economic Development Commission of the North Caucasus. Ramzan Kadyrov told that the meeting led by the PM Vladimir Putin had been welll organized and Vladimir Putin knew social and political situation of the whole North Caucus and its each region.

 Construction of a football stadium named for Akhmat Hajji Kadyrov is drawing to an end, Sultan Dudaev, director of “Chechen building management” SMP, reported journalists today. As Dudaev reports, 97 per cent of the construction has already been completed. More that 3,000 builders are working on the stadium’s territory now
