According to the president’s decree, the Russian Federation Ministry of Internal Affairs must form the Central Administrative Department for NCFD in three months.

 The Chechen Republic president Ramzan Kadyrov has charged Roman Edilov, a deputy Minister of the Chechen Republic Internal Affairs, with getting the information about location of a resident of Achkhoi-Martanovskiy district that was missing in the military operation taken place in Ingushetia. “They say that quite a number of Chechens were lost in the military operation taken place in Ingushetia. That’s why it is reasonable to investigate this situation and find the Chechen man who is listed as missing,”- Ramzan Kadyrov stated.
